Jiang Xiaoyi blushed furiously as she read on, the scene feeling strangely familiar. Then she saw the female lead’s hands groping around under the bubble bath while teasing, “Let me feel where Sister’s Little Butterfly is hiding?”
Curiosity drove her to keep turning the pages. After flipping through several more, she reached the story Su Jiuyue had sent her on WeChat a few days earlier.
The dormitory door swung open, and Meng Chuning walked in. “The afternoon Variety Show Live Broadcast has started. You all should head back to the classroom first.”
Jing Ying and Liju clambered off the bed. “Got it.”
Ye Yiwen clenched her fingers and shuffled out with her head down.
Seeing Jiang Xiaoyi absorbed in whatever she was reading with her head bowed, Meng Chuning walked over for a glance. “Xiaoyi?”
Hearing someone call her name, Jiang Xiaoyi looked up to find Meng Chuning standing right in front of her. Her cheeks burned even hotter.
“What’s wrong, Sister?” The words slipped out on instinct, and she caught Ye Yiwen glancing back at the dormitory door with a puzzled expression.
Jiang Xiaoyi cleared her throat and corrected herself. “What’s wrong, Teacher Meng?”
Once the three guests had left, Jiang Xiaoyi let out a breath of relief. “Sister, when did you get here?”
Meng Chuning’s gaze fell on the novel in Jiang Xiaoyi’s lap. The handwriting on the cover was neat and precise, and she could read the title clearly at a glance: How to Make Elder Sister Change Eight Identities in One Night to Satisfy Me.
?!
Jiang Xiaoyi hurriedly snapped the novel shut, but it was too late.
Meng Chuning’s lips curved slightly. “You like reading this stuff?”
“It’s not like that.” Jiang Xiaoyi was at a loss for words. Getting caught reading borderline erotica in the dormitory was mortifying. Even if she claimed she didn’t like it, her sister clearly wouldn’t believe her.
Far from doubting her, Jiang Xiaoyi even spotted a glint of excitement in Meng Chuning’s eyes.
Meng Chuning studied her in silence for a few seconds. Could it be that she hadn’t properly satisfied Jiang Xiaoyi these past couple of days, forcing her to turn to novels for some release?
“Sister, don’t overthink it. I was just flipping through it casually.” Jiang Xiaoyi shoved the novel under her pillow.
Watching the smooth way she hid it away, Meng Chuning frowned faintly. “Xiaoyi, have I not been satisfying you?”
“No… it’s not that, Sister.” Jiang Xiaoyi fished the novel back out from under the pillow and stuffed it into her bag alongside the other two.
Meng Chuning reached out and pinched her cheek. “Hiding this many? Looks like I’ve really left poor Xiaoyi all pent up.”
Jiang Xiaoyi’s cheeks puffed out under her fingers. Even jumping into the Yellow River couldn’t wash her clean of this suspicion now.
“What kind of roles do you like?” Meng Chuning leaned in close and kissed her cheek. “Professor? Police officer? Mmph…”
The suggestions grew more outlandish by the second. Jiang Xiaoyi frantically clapped a hand over her mouth. “Stop it, Sister. Someone might hear.”
Perhaps it was the teasing that did it, but Jiang Xiaoyi’s palm burned hot against her lips, tempting Meng Chuning to dart out her tongue and lick it.
Meng Chuning’s slick tongue tip teased for a moment, and Jiang Xiaoyi instinctively pulled her hand back, her voice trembling. “Sister… we need to head downstairs. The guests are waiting.”
The more Jiang Xiaoyi trembled like this, the more Meng Chuning wanted to tease her.
The dormitory corridor lay silent and empty.
“Hold on.” Meng Chuning’s hands gripped her waist. “Tell me first—what role do you want me to play?”
“Sister, we can talk about it later.” Jiang Xiaoyi’s face flushed with embarrassment as she tried to leave, only for Meng Chuning to press her back against the bed’s edge. The fingers at her waist dug in harder.
Meng Chuning leaned in for a kiss. “Tell me, and I’ll let you go.”
“I like them all—mmph…” As soon as Jiang Xiaoyi finished speaking, Meng Chuning nipped her lower lip, then shoved her back onto the bed. Straddling her waist, Meng Chuning leaned down to nibble her earlobe. “How about I call in sick for you tonight?”
“No way, Sister. I have work to do.” Jiang Xiaoyi turned her face away, her earlobe glowing red. She tried to push back, but Meng Chuning pinned her down tighter.
Lunch break was almost over. Jiang Xiaoyi craned her neck as her lips turned red from the kisses. “Sister, I think… maybe you’re the one who’s not satisfied.”
Meng Chuning couldn’t resist grinding against her waist, her flushed lips brushing Jiang Xiaoyi’s neck. “You’re right about that. I’ll go buy some outfits later.”
The heat at her neck made Jiang Xiaoyi tremble and beg for mercy. “Enough, Sister. Please…”
No sooner had the words left her mouth than a shadow flickered past the half-closed dormitory door, followed by a few knocks. Someone pushed it open and came in.
“Xiaoyi, Teacher Meng…” Ye Yiwen stood frozen in the doorway at the sight before her.
Jiang Xiaoyi scrambled to her feet, her cheeks and lips both vividly red. Meng Chuning calmly smeared away a smudge of lipstick from the corner of her mouth.
Before coming in, Ye Yiwen thought she’d heard something like begging from Jiang Xiaoyi. Realization dawned—she and Meng Chuning had just been kissing.
“The door wasn’t closed… I didn’t see anything.” Ye Yiwen backed out quietly and pulled the door shut behind her. She’d walked in on something she absolutely shouldn’t have.
Oh no, oh no. Ye Yiwen clenched her palms tight.
She’d sensed that Jiang Xiaoyi and Meng Chuning were close, and it turned out it wasn’t her imagination. Jiang Xiaoyi hadn’t told her because they wanted to keep it secret.
What rotten luck, getting caught like this.
Ye Yiwen paced back and forth in agitation, utterly at a loss.
She even knew who’d been on top—Meng Chuning was definitely going to silence her for good this time.
