Avira watched as Ophitia grew excited and didn’t refuse. She was kissed right away. She thought she must have done something wrong to anger Ophitia, but she couldn’t find any reason. Could it be that her attitude toward Ophitia hadn’t been very friendly?
Avira racked her brains but couldn’t find any issues, so while Ophitia invaded her body, she tried to be as compliant and agreeable as possible, doing her best to make Ophitia feel good.
But perhaps because they had important business at hand, Ophitia only fondled her body a few times before stopping.
Avira’s mouth was full of Ophitia’s taste, and now being left in a disheveled state was no longer anything rare.
Their actions weren’t seen by the crying White Blade. She simply sat back down on the ground, seemingly lost in thought about her next move.
Ophitia turned and walked over to White Blade.
“Pomistan now has ambitions to rule the world. You’re Pomistan’s strongest warrior. If we can capture you, it’ll save us a lot of trouble.”
“Capture… But my father won’t agree.”
“Then, do you have the resolve to fight for your freedom against your own father? You hate having your memories stripped away, right? It’s been really hard on you.”
“B-But…”
White Blade couldn’t think of any reason to continue staying loyal to Pomistan.
Her father didn’t care about her at all. In truth, he only treated her like a weapon, though he appeared relatively gentle on the outside.
But White Blade was still hesitating. She had long grown accustomed to Savassen, and now she was about to be taken away by the Demon Race as a hostage.
If Savassen found out about this, not only would she lose the chance to have her memories formatted and erased, but she might even be killed outright.
Yet, under Ophitia’s persuasion, she still nodded in agreement.
She had indeed made a mistake, and she couldn’t beat the Demon King. The fact that Ophitia was giving her a choice was already an act of great mercy.
Next, Ophitia bid farewell to White Blade and told her that swarms of Evil Demons were guarding the perimeter outside. Watching the little girl’s receding figure, the incident finally came to a close.
Now, it was time to obtain the Seal.
They continued downward through the Ruins, passing through a narrow pass. After walking dozens of meters, the path opened up wide. Before them appeared a massive pool about 200 meters across, filled with a magical substance that flowed like liquefied Crystal. Beneath the rocks, eerie energy fluctuations emanated—like the heart of the earth sealed away by these liquids.
She could feel that this Seal was stronger than the previous one…
“Demon King Ophitia, you go absorb the Seal. I’ll wait for you up here.”
Sensing the atmosphere was a bit off, Avira added with a smile, “Don’t worry, this time I’ll really guard your side~”
Ophitia nodded, but she stopped just as she reached the edge of the pool.
“Avira, I’ve made up my mind.” She had her back to Avira and didn’t turn around.
“If only I recover my memories, it would still be too selfish. Even though you might become someone who’s not you anymore, I still want a complete Avira.”
“What’s wrong? What should I do?” Avira was shocked. Today’s Ophitia was being unusually coquettish.
“We’ll go in together.” Ophitia pointed to the pool behind her.
The pool looked like melted Crystal—crystal clear without a trace of impurity, yet glowing with light.
“Is it really okay? I won’t get backlash, right?”
“No, I’ve already checked the magic on White Blade. This is the Seal you created. A creation won’t act against its own creator.”
“I hope so.”
Since Ophitia had put it that way, Avira had no reason to refuse.
But before acting, Ophitia undid and removed her clothes, fully exposing her beautiful jade-like body and that tail to Avira without a hint of shyness.
“Wifey, you too. Take yours off.”
“Mm, alright…”
Avira followed suit.
Feeling like she owed the Demon King, she added, “Demon King, if you want me to do anything, just order me. I know you won’t harm me.”
Ophitia thought for a moment, as if steeling her resolve. “Thank you, wifey.”
She handed her clothes to the Demon King, who opened a spatial storage to put them away. Without giving Avira a chance to hesitate, Ophitia took her hand and pulled her straight into the pool.
The Crystal liquid wasn’t like water. Even jumping in didn’t splash any droplets—just a few ripples spread out. But the liquid didn’t solidify; it felt like cool pool water, even though it appeared solid on the surface.
Ophitia poked her head out, her full upper hemispheres emerging from the surface, forming a perfect curve with her jade-like neck and shoulders. She touched the Moon Mark on Avira’s chest and nodded in satisfaction.
The pool wasn’t very deep. When Ophitia pulled Avira to the bottom, she found it was only a little over 10 meters. Thanks to the light from the Crystal, the bottom wasn’t dark like the ocean floor.
The two held hands as they sank until their feet touched the ground.
On the ground was a fissure hiding what seemed like scorching magma. Just approaching it let them feel the massive pulse of energy. Of course, to absorb the Seal, Ophitia just needed to reach out and sense it—it wouldn’t take long.
Then, there would be a trial belonging to Ophitia, the growth path that the great villain had to walk.
“Avira, you absorb the Seal.” Ophitia didn’t speak, but Avira could sense her intent.
“Mm… Huh?” Avira didn’t understand the Demon King’s meaning at first.
“You absorb the Seal. That way, I can absorb it from your body. It’s like I’m invading Avira’s body… No, no, that’s not right. This way, our bond will deepen, and you might even get the related memories like me.”
She had just heard something outrageous!
If she were infused with that much magic power and then had it sucked out, she’d definitely break!
Avira had thought Ophitia wasn’t that serious, but now she regretted it.
“Woo, while absorbing this Seal, I also have to absorb another one, so having a Familiar help absorb one to share the burden is totally normal, right~”
Suddenly, Avira felt a tingling numbness in her brain—the precursor to the Dominator’s Seal activating. This meant Ophitia had a strong will for what came next. Combined with Avira’s earlier words about doing anything, it only strengthened the Demon King’s determination!
Avira could no longer defy the Demon King’s will. Ever since being marked with the seal, all her resistance was futile. She could only walk to the Seal, reach out her hand, and sense the magic power like an abyssal beast.
Suddenly, the dark red power responded to some summons, twisting into two interlaced spirals. Then, like nimble little snakes, they slithered up Avira’s arm and through her body.
The endlessly extending little snakes, upon reaching her chest, burrowed into the Moon Mark like tadpoles finding their mother.
“Ah… Mm…” Avira arched her body, trembling uncontrollably.
