Not just this male Devil Cultivator—the gazes of the other Devil Cultivators towards Bai Sha were also filled with rage.

Liu Xueqin noticed Bai Sha’s calmness.

Bai Sha looked at Liu Xueqin. “What do you intend to do? I killed your junior sister. Don’t you plan to avenge her?”
Liu Xueqin had already reverted to her earlier lazy posture. She waved dismissively, a nonchalant smile on her face. “Since arriving in this sea region, we Devil Cultivators of the Heavenly Devil Palace lose members every day. If we had to seek revenge for every death, we’d never get any real work done.”
This answer surprised Bai Sha.
She thought for a moment, then asked, “What is this ‘real work’ you speak of? Is it about refining all the Demon Cultivators of the Eastern Sea into the Ten Thousand Demon Sea Map?”
“You know about that too?” Liu Xueqin raised an eyebrow, but didn’t seem concerned. “Probably blabbed by someone with a loose tongue. But it indeed doesn’t matter much if it gets out. Normally, Demon Cultivators who learn things they shouldn’t know… don’t survive.”
“Normally?” Bai Sha caught the key phrase.
“That’s right. Normally.” Liu Xueqin looked at Bai Sha with a half-smile. “Because you happen to be rather cute, you’ve been given an abnormal opportunity.”
“What do you mean?” Bai Sha didn’t quite understand.
But she sensed that Liu Xueqin didn’t seem inclined to kill her.
If she could avoid death, Bai Sha naturally hoped to live, even if only for a little while longer. The longer she lived, the more information she could gather, which would undoubtedly be a tremendous help when she started her next life.
Liu Xueqin looked at Bai Sha, her smile brimming with amusement. “What it means… you’ll find out later.”
As she spoke, Liu Xueqin raised her hand slightly. Her hand looked exceptionally fair, her slender fingers seeming to hold a sheen of light.
In Liu Xueqin’s palm, a purple bowl materialized.

It was said Heavenly Devil Ships were specially crafted vessels of the Heavenly Devil Palace, essentially large-scale Magical Tools. As Bai Sha curiously examined the Heavenly Devil Ships, Liu Xueqin carried her towards one of them and flew inside.
