Tsukiyomi Ruri showed no intention of answering. Instead, she said, “Takahashi Osamu, is it? Let’s make a deal.”
“A deal?” Takahashi Osamu looked at Tsukiyomi Ruri, bewildered.

She had already learned about the Star Group’s situation from Koike Takuma earlier. She knew that even as the Commander, Takahashi Osamu was only a Mid-Level Reincarnator. The reason he was the leader was that he possessed an SR-Grade Ability Card.

So Tsukiyomi Ruri said, “I can sign a Contract with you. You give me all of your Cards, and I will spare your life. That’s a very good deal. What do you think?”
Takahashi Osamu’s expression changed.

Takahashi Osamu’s gaze flickered. “I only have two Cards: the Ability Card [The Faceless] and the Equipment Card [Sin Scythe], which you can see right now. A Reincarnator can only use one Ability Card and one Equipment Card at a time, so I don’t have any spares.”
Tsukiyomi Ruri naturally didn’t believe Takahashi Osamu’s words. But her target had been [The Faceless] from the start, so she didn’t care, saying, “Then it’s these two Cards. Start drafting the Contract.”
Reincarnators could establish a Contract between themselves, witnessed by the Reincarnation Space. This Contract could not be violated.

“You are courting death,” Tsukiyomi Ruri stated flatly.
“Ignorant. Truly ignorant.” Takahashi Osamu laughed loudly. “The Contract I signed with you states that once I hand over the two Cards, you can no longer attack me. But it didn’t say that I couldn’t attack you. Now, you can’t attack me, can you? Meanwhile, I can do whatever I want to you. Hahaha.”
After revealing his textual trap, Takahashi Osamu laughed even more happily. He eagerly anticipated seeing Tsukiyomi Ruri show a panicked and frightened expression.
But it didn’t come.
Tsukiyomi Ruri still had that same calm and collected look.
