Chapter 81:
“Ji, Ji Yulin, you seem to have laid an egg!”
The flustered and helpless voice startled Ji Yulin from her deep sleep.
For some reason, she was especially tired this time. After just a few times, Ji Yulin couldn’t help but retreat. Li An, who had tasted the sweetness, refused to stop. She chased after her and pressed her down, and they did it a few more times. The woman’s breath hitched, and she fainted.
When she woke up again, it was now.
It was still the same posture, and her shirt was still half-open, making her bulging abdomen even more obvious.
Ji Yulin was stunned for a moment, and she was in a rare state of helplessness.
And Li An was kneeling on the sofa, wanting to lift her hand but not knowing where to put it, her face full of panic as she looked at Ji Yulin.
She didn’t even know what she was saying, and she stuttered, “I, I’m not ready to be a mom yet.”
“Ji Yulin, you, can you not give birth?”
“If it really doesn’t work, we, we can stuff it back in?”
These nonsensical words made Ji Yulin suddenly come back to her senses, and she glared at her.
She was really so flustered that she was a fool. How could she say such a thing?
And Li An was not doing it on purpose. She was really scared silly.
The events of these past few days had piled up, and each wave was more shocking than the last, like fireworks constantly exploding in her mind. Li An had completely forgotten everything else.
How, how did she lay an egg?
It hadn’t even been half a day, and her and Ji Yulin’s child was about to be born?
This was too fast, so fast that it was unacceptable.
Ji Yulin had no time to coax her. After she had calmed down a little, she lowered her head to look at herself. It was a wet mess, and she didn’t know if it was from before or something else. And the egg that had made Li An so panicked was right in the middle of the wetness.
It was more like a roe than an egg. It was translucent, round, and not big, a little smaller than a ping-pong ball.
If it hadn’t been born by her, it would have been quite cute.
Ji Yulin frowned slightly. Just as she was about to speak, she felt a strange sensation in her abdomen.
Is she going to give birth again?
On that side, Li An was at a loss. The person who had just been coaxed was now on the verge of crying again, and she mumbled, “I’m sorry, Ji Yulin, I’m sorry.”
“I didn’t do it on purpose.”
The girl’s eye sockets were even redder. There was no arrogance or self-importance after becoming a god. There was even a little baby fat on her cheeks, which made her look even more pitiful. Now she was looking at Ji Yulin with guilt and self-blame, as if she had done something bad.
It made it impossible for one to get angry.
And it wasn’t her fault, was it?
Ji Yulin couldn’t be bothered with anything else and waved at Li An.
The person knelt on the sofa and timidly crawled to Ji Yulin’s side, and said, “I was wrong.”
The moment she finished speaking, tears fell and splashed on Ji Yulin’s cheeks, creating a shattered flower.
It made Ji Yulin’s heart ache and soften. She reached out and hugged the person, and said in a low voice, “It’s okay.”
Her voice was still a little hoarse, with the fatigue from the previous torment.
Her hand patted her again and again.
She comforted in a low voice, “It’s okay, baby.”
“Mama will think of a way, okay?”
She lowered her head, kissed the corner of Li An’s lips, and added, “It’s just a small problem. Let’s think of a way first.”
Li An grabbed her shirt. The usually bold creature didn’t even dare to kiss her back now and just gave a muffled “hmm.”
Ji Yulin patted her, and after a little comfort, she recalled before.
During that process, she had indeed felt a special liquid being left in her body, but when her mental power had swept over it, there had been no fluctuation, so she had not paid any attention.
After all, no matter what, she and Li An were two species of the same gender. It was hard to consider this.
Ji Yulin just thought that if she got the things out of her tentacles, Li An would be comfortable, but she had not expected it to cause a big problem.
She was thinking here, and Li An was still crying over there.
She was crying silently, as if she didn’t dare to disturb Ji Yulin. She pouted, and tears silently fell, and she was still feeling guilty.
Ji Yulin had just finished thinking. Before she could think of what to do, she felt an even heavier sensation in her lower abdomen.
Perhaps because a human baby and an octopus roe were different, Ji Yulin did not feel it was too difficult. She even felt it was a little strange. She just felt something was squeezing out, and then it came out.
Ji Yulin first breathed a sigh of relief, and her mental power then fell.
A moment later, she pushed Li An and said in a hoarse voice, “Don’t cry. These things have no life.”
The person was obviously stunned for a moment, and then she belatedly reacted and called out, “Is it a fake egg?!”
Ji Yulin glanced at her and didn’t know what to say, and could only say, “Something like that.”
Hearing this, Li An’s expression relaxed, and she immediately smiled and said, “That’s good. I can’t be a mom, Mama.”
This string of “Mama” made Ji Yulin dizzy. She just raised her hand and wiped the tears from the corners of Li An’s eyes, and said with a helpless and chiding tone, “You useless crybaby.”
But in the next second, the feeling appeared again, and it distracted Ji Yulin.
Li An finally reacted now. Her tentacles suddenly appeared, and they took out towels and other things.
Li An had originally wanted to carry Ji Yulin to the bed, but a strange thought appeared. She always felt that the person would be more comfortable in the cool and warm pool water, so with a thought, a warm water small pool made of rocks appeared outside the house.
Then, all eight of her tentacles were busy. One was held down by Ji Yulin, one was holding a towel to wipe her, one was holding honey water and a cake, ready to replenish Ji Yulin’s energy at any time. In short, none of them were idle. As they swayed back and forth, they almost made Ji Yulin’s eyes blur.
She really didn’t want to be a mom. The moment she heard that she didn’t have to be a mom, her reason and brain had come back. It was just that the area around her eyes was still red, and she was looking at Ji Yulin with worry.
Ji Yulin still wanted to coax her, but for some reason, the subsequent production was faster than the previous two, and there was almost no pause.
She saw the translucent, pearly blue small balls appear one after another, and they fell to the bottom of the pool, gradually piling up into a small mound.
Ji Yulin’s original white shirt was soaked completely transparent, and the corner of her clothes was gently lifted with the waves. And her bulging belly did not seem to have shrunk.
Li An looked at her, and then at the bottom of the pool, and mumbled, “Am I really going to lay a hundred thousand?”
Hearing this, Ji Yulin finally showed a hint of panic and worry.
Not to mention whether Ji Yulin’s belly could hold a hundred thousand, but the current situation was indeed worrying.
Before Ji Yulin could think again, she suddenly felt a little blockage. She quickly grabbed Li An’s arm and called out, “This one is too, too big. It’s stuck.”
She was rarely helpless, and her pair of beautiful eyes were covered with a mist, not as clear as usual. The light in the corners of her eyes was rippling. Her thin body, against her pregnant belly, looked even more fragile and soft, and there was even a hint of motherhood.
Li An was also panicked and quickly knelt by Ji Yulin’s side. The things between her tentacles were thrown out, and her hand immediately went down and probed in.
It was indeed stuck.
Before a knuckle could even go in, her fingertips had already touched a small ball. It felt like a water-filled balloon, and it was a little warm.
Li An probed for a moment and then said in a low voice, “I’ll help you get it out.”
Ji Yulin’s hand was on her pregnant belly. She didn’t know if she had heard her or not, and she just nodded randomly. Her wet hair was stuck to the side of her face, and a few red marks were pressed out, and she looked even softer.
Li An was stunned for a second. She had seen Ji Yulin’s other appearances, but now…
Her lips ground together, and she unconsciously said, “Mama.”
And her fingertips hooked the ball.
Ji Yulin let out a low hum, her intonation trembling slightly, it was unclear if it was a response or something else.
The ball was not easy to get out. Her fingertips fumbled back and forth, and it was always stuck there, like a stone ball held by a stone lion, constantly turning but unable to come out. Instead, it kept bumping into Ji Yulin’s various places.
The person bit her lower lip. Her overly rational personality, in this situation, was really unable to calmly accept this feeling, so while enduring and restraining, she was also being pulled into a sinking.
The hand on her pregnant belly couldn’t help but tighten.
And Li An’s head was getting lower and lower, trying to look in, but she was blocked by the swaying waves and could only keep trying to hook it out.
The ball then bumped, even heavier than before.
Ji Yulin turned her head, trying to suppress her voice, but in the next second, she couldn’t help but exclaim, “Quick, quick.”
“There’s another one coming out!”
The moment she finished speaking, other small balls came crashing over. Perhaps because the blockage had been for too long, they came out one by one, crashing into the one in front.
Li An was anxious and quickly hooked again.
Ji Yulin’s hand on her belly loosened, and she immediately grabbed a tentacle, and the meat was squeezed in. The panic in her beautiful features was even deeper, and she urged, “Quick, let it out.”
Li An was even more anxious. Her fingertips pressed up, and she actually blocked the small ball.
The balls and the balls crashed together, and they were all stuck in a pile.
The hand that was holding the tentacle was even tighter. Ji Yulin’s heartbeat paused for a half-second, and her vision went blank. The thousands of layers of difficult-to-relieve desire were actually nourished by this fleeting collision.
And Li An was completely unaware. Her fingertips reached again, and she actually broke the small ball, and the juice splashed.
The two of them both paused, especially Li An. Her whole person was stiff, and she stuttered, “It’s broken, it’s broken.”
Ji Yulin was forced to pull away, and she said, gasping for breath, “It’s okay, it’s okay.”
It’s okay?
Li An’s eyes lit up, and a good idea suddenly popped into her head.
She no longer held back and deliberately pierced the small ball.
But she had forgotten what this place was. Ji Yulin’s breath hitched, and the hand that was grabbing the tentacle loosened and then tightened, and she tilted her head back and leaned against the pool.
The small balls exploded one by one, and the sticky juice splashed. The indescribable sensation completely drowned Ji Yulin.
The water in the corners of her eyes was even heavier. The person who had been scolding her for being a crybaby was now crying nonstop. The outline of her pregnant belly was also constantly rising and falling, and she looked even more vulnerable.
“An An,” Ji Yulin wanted to say something, but her words were replaced by others.
The water in the pool was swaying, and in the sunlight, it reflected a series of ripples.
The shade of the tree beside her was cool, and scattered spots of light fell, landing on Ji Yulin’s decadent and delicate features, and her voice was even hoarser.
Occasionally, a breeze would blow past, bringing a bit of coolness, but it was soon covered by other heat.
The battlefield on that side was even more indescribable.
Before, because of the heavy rain, the battle had been suspended. As a result, in a little while, the heavy rain had ended. Everyone had discussed and discussed, and had thought that they would go in again. But the moment the people had gathered, it had started to rain again?!
“What kind of ghost weather is this? Even if it’s the apocalypse, it can’t be so unpredictable, right?” a person who had been drenched complained loudly.
The person beside him agreed, also with dissatisfaction, “Yeah, if it’s going to rain, then just rain. No matter how big or how long, just finish it. We can still lie down for a while. I just changed my clothes, and now they’re all wet again!”
“What kind of ghost weather is this?”
Before the complaint was over, there was a sudden flash of lightning and a clap of thunder, and then a downpour.
The people who had been tormented twice were too lazy to walk again. They stood there and counted down, thinking that this time, it would be over in a minute or two.
But this time, everyone was drenched, but the weather did not turn clear. Instead, there was lightning and thunder, and a strong wind, and it looked like it was going to rain for a long time.
The commander on that side hesitated for a moment. Just as he was about to give the order to retreat.
The rain stopped again.
Everyone: …
“Is God playing with us?” It was unclear who had spoken, but they had voiced everyone’s thoughts.
Silver Feather looked up at the incomparably dazzling sun. For a moment, she didn’t know what to say and forgot the human’s one eye, and cawed a few times.
The bird beside her heard it and looked over with a shocked expression, thinking that this fellow was cursing so foully that it made a bird scared.
Unfortunately, Li An did not hear it. Even if she had, she would have had no time to bother with it. She was completely immersed in another matter. She found her hands inconvenient and simply switched to her tentacles.
The small balls exploded one by one, completely relieving Ji Yulin of the pain of childbirth.
Ji Yulin tried to stop her, but this method was indeed very effective, and she couldn’t refuse and could only let her continue.
And the most outrageous thing was that this time, she couldn’t call a halt. After all, Li An now had a legitimate reason.
The water swayed again and merged with the other liquids. The small balls in the pool, it was unclear if they had been pushed away by the waves or were scared, and they were timidly hiding in a corner.
At this time, there was no need to count if there were a hundred thousand. Anyway, they were all pierced and had turned into a pool of water.
Ji Yulin’s consciousness was in a daze. The tentacle in her hand had been released at some point and had been thrown to the side.
The scattered spots of light on her features were scattered by the constantly appearing thin layer of sweat. Her hair was even messier, and it was stuck to her cheeks. Her voice was even messier, and it was completely slurred and hoarse.
Until Li An suddenly bumped into a relatively hard small ball.
“Hey?” Li An said with surprise.
And Ji Yulin seemed to have sensed something. She grabbed her arm and said with a trembling voice, “This, this one has to be born.”
Li An’s brows knitted tightly, and her tentacles were pulled out with reluctance, and with a plop, they were in the water.
And the small ball inside, fearing that the tragic state of the other small balls would happen again, did not make things difficult for Ji Yulin and eagerly came out, and crashed into the water.
Looking closely, compared to the other small balls, its color was deeper, like Li An’s azure eyes, crystal clear and translucent, and in the sunlight, it reflected a luster like a crystal ball.
This time, there was no need for Ji Yulin to explore. Li An herself could feel its specialty.
Compared to the other small balls, this creature had a hint of a special vitality.
But there was not a hint of joy in Li An’s heart. After a few seconds, she turned to look at Ji Yulin.
The person was already so tired that she had closed her eyes and was in a deep sleep.
Li An immediately got up, and after picking up the person and simply cleaning her, she went to the room.
And the small ball was discarded in the pool, and it was piled up with the other small balls. If one was not deliberately looking for it, it would be hard to tell.
And in the distant battlefield, a strong wind was blowing again, and the gloomy dark clouds were blown over, covering the previous sun, and the sunlight disappeared again.
The people who were fighting on the ground suddenly stopped, and there was a deathly silence that was normal. Someone even opened an umbrella with a blank expression.
This time, there were no more complaints. People had already gotten used to this unpredictable weather.
But this time, there was another change.
The rain that had been waiting for half a day did not fall. There was not even a single raindrop. Only a strange wind was constantly blowing, and the umbrellas that had been held up were blown away, and they rolled on the ground a few times.
“Is it going to rain or not?”
Everyone was tormented enough, and even their voices were weak.
Silver Feather cawed at the sky. This time, she even extended her wings and cursed at the sky.
The sparrows beside her were so scared that they flapped their wings and flew away.
Helplessly, this intermittent battle was over, and everyone left in a wretched state.
