Chapter 32: An Unbearable Manifestation

A low rumble echoed through the heart of the Abyssal Demon Realm, and the crimson chains binding the crystal trembled, several of them shattering.
But in the end, the trembling subsided, the crimson chains tightening their grip.
Elthorp watched, his expression unreadable.
He held the news of Yin Hui’s death in his hand.
“I didn’t expect this… Yin Hui, you betrayed me.”
He didn’t need any more information. Yin Hui’s death was enough. He had defied his orders.
In the Frigid Lands, the only one who could have killed him was the mysterious girl with a connection to the Abyssal Lord, the one suspected to be the Ice Demon remnant, “Ice Lily.”
But he had specifically ordered Yin Hui not to approach her.
So, his death… was a betrayal.
“But although your death was unexpected, it was also… logical. What I don’t understand is, what did you hope to gain?”
“To free the Abyssal Lord? No, impossible. You have no connection to her.”

Delm staggered, but he was still standing.

Hearing Yan Rong’s words, Zoras hesitated for a moment.
