Chapter 75: Everyone Must Die
“This is making things very difficult for me.”
Tang Ze clicked his tongue. He had wanted to spare them, but they insisted on trying to kill him.
In this apocalypse, I save you, you kill me. It’s a matter of course.
Mr. Chen chuckled. “Don’t worry, we’ll all be better off once you’re dead. Besides, you’ll have four beauties to accompany you. You’ll still be a ladies’ man in the afterlife.”
“Since you’ve said so, I won’t leave anyone behind.”
Tang Ze’s eyes turned cold. Xi Meng, squatting on the ground, had been prepared to die, but hearing his words, she gave a bitter smile.
“Kill them!”
Mr. Chen roared.
Both sides raised their guns and fired.
Bang, bang, bang!
The five men with shotguns were all shot in the head. Tang Ze’s side, however, was unscathed, as if the shotguns had fired blanks.
But steel balls lay on the ground, stopped by Tang Ze’s telekinesis before they could reach them.
Everyone was dumbfounded, not knowing what had just happened. Especially Mr. Chen. Why were they unharmed, while his own men were dead?
Xi Meng opened her eyes. She had thought she was dead, but she felt no pain. The five men were down. What had just happened?
Tang Ze suddenly reached into Xi Meng’s deep V-neck and pulled out his golden horse-slaying saber.
A sword from her chest!
“Kill the men, leave the women!”
Tang Ze said calmly.
The quick-thinking men immediately rushed to grab the shotguns, but Ye Qingyi shot them down. Sun Ting and An Bai also showed no mercy, their guns spitting fire.
Bang, bang, bang.
The parking garage erupted in chaos. Everyone ran for their lives, both the residents and Qian Pu’s men.
“I told you today was a bad omen!”
A man yelled, but he was shot in the back of the head before he could run more than a few steps.
Mr. Chen was terrified. These people were monsters!
Tang Ze’s gaze locked onto the fleeing Mr. Chen, and he threw the golden saber.
Thud!
The saber pierced through the back of his head and came out of his mouth. Perhaps due to a lack of control, it impaled several other men in front of him, like a skewer, before embedding itself in the cement wall.
The remaining residents were horrified. This wasn’t a monster; this was a devil from hell!
Tang Ze extended his hand, and the saber flew back from the wall into his grasp. “I’m done pretending. You all must die!”
With each slash, the fleeing residents were cut in two. The parking garage became a slaughterhouse. A few were so scared they died on the spot.
Xi Meng watched, stunned, as Tang Ze, like a god of war, wreaked havoc. She finally understood what Ye Qingyi had meant. He really was immortal. Ordinary people were no match for him. Huo Wannian had probably died the same way.
She remembered him saying he had cleared out two complexes. Now, this was probably the third.
What a terrifying man. She was lucky she had won the bet and become his pet.
And the other three women, each shot a kill, even when the men begged for mercy, they didn’t hesitate.
“Leave one alive.”
Tang Ze, covered in blood, said to Sun Ting.
“Already done.”
“Good. You clean up. I have to pay a few more visits.”
“Yes!”
As Tang Ze left, the parking garage fell silent. Blood flowed into the drains. The stench of blood and guts made Xi Meng vomit.
The other three women, however, seemed accustomed to it, checking for any survivors and finishing them off.
“Don’t, don’t kill me! I’ll be Brother Tang’s subordinate! I’ll do anything!”
A man who had been playing dead was discovered among the corpses.
Sun Ting called out to Xi Meng, “Are you done vomiting? If you are, come here.”
Xi Meng felt like she had thrown up her entire stomach. She had never seen such a scene before, bodies everywhere.
“I’m coming.”
She had completely shed her pride, not daring to show any sign of defiance. She knew her place was below the other three women.
Sun Ting held out her pistol. “Kill him.”
Ye Qingyi and An Bai stood by, ready to kill Xi Meng if she hesitated.
Xi Meng’s hands trembled, as if in a trance.
“Hey, are you dreaming?”
She snapped out of it, looked at the black pistol, and slowly reached for it, feeling a slight warmth.
As Sun Ting let go, Xi Meng’s grip faltered, and the gun fell to the floor. Sun Ting chuckled. “Pick it up!”
“I’m sorry, I didn’t expect it to be so heavy.”
She quickly picked it up, holding it with both hands, but the barrel still shook.
“Come on, aim at him.”
The man shouted, “CEO Xi, it’s me, Xiao Chen! I’m good friends with Brother Fu! I even brought you cured meat for New Year’s! You even named my child! Don’t kill me!”
Ye Qingyi said calmly, “He was also in the crowd shouting to kill us.”
Bang!
The shot hit the man’s arm, and his screams echoed through the parking garage.
Xi Meng screamed and kept pulling the trigger until the magazine was empty.
“Alright.”
Sun Ting held her hands. She understood how Xi Meng felt. She had been through it too. The feeling was like a mental breakdown, like going crazy.
Xi Meng gasped for breath, sweat drenching her temples, her eyes vacant.
“Go ask where that suburban warehouse is, so we can pay them a visit.”
Sun Ting said to Ye Qingyi.
Ye Qingyi nodded and walked towards the sole survivor. He was barely alive, his legs crippled.
“Where is your warehouse? Tell me, and I’ll give you a quick death.”
The pale man looked at Ye Qingyi’s face, still filled with desire even at this moment.
“Puli Warehouse.”
Bang!
“Let’s go back and wait.”
Sun Ting looked around. There was nothing else to do here.
Ye Qingyi agreed. “There are still bodies in the apartment. Let’s wait at Xi Meng’s place.”
“Alright. It’s disgusting to look at. Bai, you help her.”
“Okay.”
Xi Meng suddenly stood up on her own. After all, she was a strong, modern woman, just a little shaken.
“I can walk by myself.”
An Bai acknowledged and looked at Xi Meng with a hint of suspicion, seemingly not trusting this newcomer.
“What did Master go to do?”
Xi Meng had already started using the new form of address, a sign of her submission.
“To suck blood.”
An Bai carefully stepped over the corpses, her high heels piercing through the flesh.
Xi Meng was startled. “Suck blood?”
Sun Ting said calmly, “Master is a vampire. He has telekinesis. You should be grateful he’s taken an interest in you. Your ancestors must be smiling down on you.”
