227: Madness Called Equality
“[Create Ooze].”
I summoned a single viscous creature into the wooden pail.
‘Summoned creature,’ ‘pseudo-life form’… if this magic existed in my world, there would probably be all sorts of animal rights groups.
The creation of pseudo-life… I didn’t know if it was a realm that humans should have meddled in.
But even with the ultimate form of life-creation magic, all they could create was a creature that writhed in a bathtub or a wooden pail, used in place of hot water or soap.
I put my hand in and slowly channeled my mana into it, adjusting the temperature. Warming it, loosening it.
Would the day ever come when they would truly blaspheme against life? Would the people of this world be able to… stop before then?
“Hey.” As if to shake off the thought, I poured the loosened, less viscous ooze onto Liz’s back.
“Ah?! Please don’t do it all at once…” Liz flinched.
Her back, a smooth, brown curve, with the pale green ooze trickling down it, was quite a sensual sight.
“Sorry, I just… Now, big sister.”
“C-could you not call me that?” Bridget blushed, a troubled expression on her face.
Well, it would be embarrassing and confusing if a friend of your sister, a heartless monster, suddenly started calling herself your sister.
But the commander of the Sixth Army was required to have a strong mental fortitude.
“You’re Liz’s big sister, so you’re like my big sister.”
“No, I don’t think that’s right.”
“Don’t worry about it. …It’s just for now.”
“…I see.”
I offered Bridget a towel, and the two of us gently scrubbed the ooze on Liz’s back. Liz, who had been arching her back and wriggling, eventually got used to it and straightened up, her shoulders relaxing.
“…Is this necessary?”
“It’s a kind of massage and skinship. Being touched, being washed by someone else, is a good stimulus.”
“I suppose I can understand that…” Liz grumbled.
“To think that the words of someone who said, ‘It’s natural to want to bathe with a cute girl,’ would be so unconvincing.”
‘Said.’ I thought that was an archaic word in this world, but in the usage I knew, it was a way of saying ‘said’ with the utmost sarcasm.
“…She said that?”
“Of course.”
I declared, firmly and powerfully. Bridget, at a loss for words, her gaze darting around.
A strange fire flickered in the depths of my chest.
“Alright, it’s Bridget’s turn.”
“Huh?” I switched places with Bridget, who had been scrubbing Liz’s back.
“[Create Ooze].”
I quickly stirred the ooze, channeling my mana into it to raise the temperature and loosen it.
“No, I’m fine—?!”
I gently pushed Bridget’s ponytail aside and poured all of the ooze onto her back.
Bridget’s back, as she covered her mouth to suppress her voice, was so alluring, it made my heart skip a beat.
“I told you, not all at once.”
“I thought I should treat my sisters equally.”
“Could you please discard that twisted egalitarianism?”
Ignoring Liz’s perfectly reasonable words, I took a towel and began to scrub Bridget’s back.
Her muscles, which had been tense, softened as she relaxed. Her muscle tone was a little different from Liz’s, but they both had a thin layer of fat covering their supple muscles, and their bodies were more sensual than my own, which was just slender.
After a while, when Bridget was completely relaxed, I stopped. While it was also a massage and a form of skinship, there was no point in just washing her back forever.
“Well then, shall we get in the tub…”
Liz’s hand rested on my shoulder.
“Liz?”
“It’s your turn, Master.”
“…Um, Liz?” Her hand on my shoulder tightened, a firm grip that I couldn’t escape.
A smiling Liz.
Like an angel, but with a fire burning behind the ice.
With a smile that brooked no argument, Liz poured a full pail of ooze onto my back.
“Ah—mm—?!”
I thought, as I covered my mouth to keep from crying out, that what goes around comes around.
