“Did you know that Vanessa’s fiancée, the hero, has arrived?” Lena asked, folding her clothes and tossing her stockings and underwear into the laundry basket.
“I heard, it was all over the news a while ago.”
Angel massaged Lena’s shoulders, her small breasts brushing against Lena’s back.
“What do you think of your sister’s fiancée?”
“A very cold person. I met her once, she doesn’t seem easy to get along with.”

“I need to spend some more time with Snow, to gain her trust,” Lena assured Angel.
“Giving me a heads-up, are you?! Has the king of the sea added another big fish to his pond?!”
“Cough, Snow isn’t on the list yet.”
“Yet.”
“…Ah,” Lena said awkwardly.
“Meaning, in the near future, you might accidentally slip and bring another pretty girl home.”
Angel’s words were prophetic, as if she had foreseen the outcome.
“I like you the most.”
Lena hugged Angel’s arm, swaying gently.
“Flattery won’t work!”
Angel, slightly annoyed, kicked Lena’s bottom.

Angel ran off, then returned with a pillow, peeking into the room, her eyes filled with longing. “Why didn’t you chase me…?”
“Did you want me to?”
Lena’s languid posture showed her intentions, she wouldn’t move, not even an inch.
“Blegh!” Angel stuck out her tongue, reluctantly returning. “I’m visiting my sister tomorrow, are you coming?”
“Why would I want to see her…?”
Lena scoffed.
“She has one nose and two eyes, just like everyone else, what’s so special about her?”
“I know you have a problem with my sister, but you don’t have to go,” Angel comforted.
She didn’t know what had happened to make Lena dislike Vanessa so much, but her wife was unhappy, and she had to appease her.
Stroking her hair, kissing her nose, such small, simple gestures of love had an incredible effect.
Lena’s frayed nerves calmed, and she relaxed. “What time tomorrow?”
“Huh?” Angel paused. “Oh! Eight o’clock! I’m meeting my sister at eight, we’re going shopping.”
“Fine, just wake me up tomorrow morning.”
Lena was tired, she wanted to sleep.
She would rehearse her meeting with Vanessa in her dreams.
