To be honest, Yan Zhen had no desire to manage a group of little fairy maidens. Just the thought of it filled him with dread.
He had forged the alliance with the Phoenix God Clan to plug a potential vulnerability. Otherwise, should the Demon Domain Lord overrun them and seize the Phoenix God Artifact along with the Phoenix God Authority, his power would surge dramatically.
Whether they obeyed or not was irrelevant, so long as they stayed out of the way.
A millennium had passed since the Dragon, Phoenix, and Snake Clans had last united. This pact would endure until the Demon Domain’s annihilation—at most a century—earning it the name “Century Alliance.”
Yan Zhen held the Alliance Book itself, stamped with the Holy Dao Imprints of the Myriad Dragon King, the Demon Phoenix King, and the Scarlet Python King.
Any violation would trigger a backlash against the offender’s divine soul.
The alliance remained a closely guarded secret for now. They could not risk alerting the Demon Domain, lest it mount a counter.
Yan Zhen then returned to the Heavenly God Clan for an audience with Zi Tianjun.
The Heavenly God Clan leaders, led by Zi Tianjun himself, stared in astonishment at the Alliance Book from the three clans that Yan Zhen had brought.
Uniting those three god clans—each with such starkly distinct temperaments—was no feat achievable through mere nepotism. The Phoenix God Clan was especially notorious for its intransigence; even they lacked the clout to pull it off.
“Worthily my son-in-law,” Zi Tianjun said with immense satisfaction. “In that case, this old man shall represent the Heavenly God Clan and join the alliance as well.”
With business concluded, Yan Zhen made his way to the Goddess Palace within the Heavenly God Clan to visit Zi Xunyi, along with Yi Xian’er and Ji Ya, who were keeping her company.
In the dim room, Yan Zhen sprawled on the bed in a spread-eagle pose. Yi Xian’er nestled against his left side, Ji Ya against his right, while Zi Xunyi occupied the space between his legs. As he savored their ministrations, he murmured, “In a few more days, I’ll head to the Star God Clan with Master. Then I’ll come back for you all.”
“To the Star God Clan?”
The three women paused in their ministrations, worry etching their lovely faces. The Star God Clan was no benevolent haven.
In their haste to reclaim their former glory, the clan’s leadership had enacted a policy of bloodline supremacy. By now, it had warped into something grotesque.
The clan remained stable for the moment, but a single spark could tear it asunder.
“What for?” Zi Xunyi’s voice came out muffled and distorted, her tongue still occupied. “You’re not going after the Star God Authority, are you?”
“Heh heh.” Yan Zhen chuckled. “Master says she remembers the sealing method for the Star God Artifact.”
A god clan’s greatest asset was always its divine artifact and Divine Authority. The Star God Clan currently lacked the means to wield their Star God Authority. Seal away the artifact, and they’d be left relying solely on their Seven-Star Mystic Saint clan leader to hold the fort.
True, the Star God Clan boasted the Four Holy Star Lords, but none exceeded Four-Star Mystic Saint strength. Even united, the four of them could at best fight the Evil Consort to a draw.
Meanwhile, the Jialan Fairy could keep the Seven-Star Mystic Saint clan leader occupied.
That would leave Master Chen Xi utterly unopposed.
Enlightenment dawned on the three women. Yi Xian’er seized the moment to claim a kiss. Yan Zhen obliged, and only after a long while did he continue, “Once we secure the Star God Authority, at least half the clan should submit. We can ignore the rest. With that, five of the Nine Great God Clans united under our banner, our strength will soar.”
Admiration shone in Ji Ya’s beautiful eyes. “It seems Little Brother Yan Zhen and Master Chen Xi have had this planned all along. Still, you must be careful.”
Yan Zhen turned to his good big sister and reached out to playfully pinch the soft mound at her heart. “I will, Sister Ji Ya.”
Ji Ya’s gaze turned instantly flirtatious. Unlike the demoness, she was all bold words but bashful in deed. The usually reticent Yi Xian’er, by contrast, proved exceedingly proactive here. Before Ji Ya could even convey her intent with a look, Yi Xian’er thrust her ample E-cups against Yan Zhen’s face. Her jade arms encircled his head as she whispered, “Here, let me feed you nice and full.”
Yan Zhen blinked. “But Xian’er, you don’t have any.”
Yi Xian’er huffed softly, her lips curving up. “Then shall Zi Ji take over?”
Zi Xunyi released him with a lick of her lips, flushing shyly. “Xian’er, why drag me into this? I-I don’t have any either.”
With that, she lowered her head once more. Clearly, she was lost in the act.
She and Yan Zhen were a rare pair of God Soul Resonators, drawn irresistibly to one another. Now that their hearts and minds aligned as dao companions, her infatuation ran even deeper.
Yan Zhen drew in a sharp breath. He captured the tip of Yi Xian’er’s breast, fulfilling her little desire. Jealous, Ji Ya leaned in to nibble his ear while her jade hand gently caressed the contours of his chest muscles.
Enveloped in their affection, Yan Zhen felt as though he were soaking in a hot spring amid the clouds, every inch of him relaxed.
Once he had enjoyed their service to the fullest, it was his turn to return the favor.
Ji Ya and Yi Xian’er insisted Zi Xunyi go first. They flanked her, aiding Yan Zhen in his teasing onslaught until the noble God Maiden cried out for mercy again and again.
Yi Xian’er even took it upon herself to personally verify whether Zi Xunyi truly had any.
What went around came around, though. The flustered Zi Ji soon joined Ji Ya in turning the tables on Yi Xian’er.
Even Ji Ya fell victim in the end—for her role as accomplice.
In the end, all their mutual torment only heightened Yan Zhen’s pleasure.
The next day, Yan Zhen departed the Heavenly God Clan for the Star God Clan. En route, he rendezvoused with his three beautiful masters. They arrived as dusk settled.
To avoid tipping off the Demon Domain’s infiltrators lurking within the Sea God Clan, they had not enlisted Zi Tianjun and the others. The four of them—master and disciples—sufficed on their own. After all, the Star God Clan was hardly united; it had fractured into two factions.
The Clan Leader Faction, obsessed with bloodline purity.
The Fifth Faction, prizing ability above all.
The “Fifth” referred to the Fifth Star Lord, beyond the Four Holy Star Lords. On the surface a mere One-Star Mystic Saint, his true cultivation had reached Four-Star Mystic Saint—surpassing even the Four Holy Star Lords.
In secret, the Fifth Star Lord had rallied a cadre of clansmen, intent on toppling the clan leader and reforming the Star God Clan.
Though the Fifth Faction lagged far behind the Clan Leader Faction in power, it signaled a growing awakening of defiance among the people.
And that was precisely their opening.
Night fell. The pitch-black sky twinkled with countless points of light, a vast sea of stars stretching endlessly.
Four figures materialized at the gates of the Star God Clan.
The clan’s territory centered on a colossal stellar body—the main star—surrounded by subsidiary stars, floating isles, and Inverted Peaks that formed a starry ring.
The main gate lay upon that ring.
Spotting the unfamiliar visitors, the gate guards tensed. Their leader was a Seven-Star Mystic Venerable, after all. One stepped forward at once. “The Star God Clan’s domain lies ahead. We ask that you kindly detour.”
Yan Zhen smiled faintly. With a casual flex of his hand, he summoned the Great Extreme Tyrant Sword and leveled it at the Star God Clan guards. “Summon your clan leader!”
The guards were mere Mystic Ancestor Realm cultivators, yet they showed no deference even to a Mystic Venerable powerhouse. Already, their commander had appeared. “Who dares cause a ruckus at the gates of the Star God Clan?”
Yan Zhen wasted no words. He unleashed the Extreme Flame Extinction Ashless Slash, cleaving down with ferocious might.
When dealing with the Star God Clan, there was no call for courtesy. Action spoke loudest!
