“Cousin, hurry up~”
“Ruyu’s being shy again.”
“But she’s the greediest one in bed…”
Listening to the teasing from her cousin, her senior sisters, and her close friend, Yan Ruyu flushed crimson with embarrassment, frozen in place and at a complete loss.
Even after recovering her memories from her previous life, she had become even more prone to blushing. Before, she had been too arrogant; now, she was overly shy.
Yan Zhen grabbed Yan Ruyu’s hand and pulled her onto his lap sideways. Her plump, moon-like buttocks pressed firmly against him, soft and bouncy in a way that was utterly intoxicating.
He naturally wrapped his arm around her slender waist and gazed at her quietly, as if waiting for his exclusive “welcome kiss.”
Yan Ruyu couldn’t stand being stared at like that any longer. Steeling herself, she cupped his face in both hands and offered her kiss.
—Just a quick peck would do.
That was what she thought, but she soon lost herself in the deep, tangled embrace with her lover. She nibbled on his lips, sucked on his tongue, and refused to stop for a long time.
Yan Zhen knew full well that for all her prim and proper demeanor on the surface, Yan Ruyu was the most passionate deep down. Every time, she pushed until she was utterly exhausted before she’d finally rest—she had no idea what restraint meant.
Just like now. Only when she was gasping for breath did Yan Ruyu reluctantly pull away from him. Her eyes glazed over as she gazed at him, silently mouthing the word “want.”
“Ahem.” x3
Three coughs sounded from behind them in succession. Yan Ruyu snapped out of her daze and hastily slid off Yan Zhen’s lap. Glancing back, she met the three women’s teasing gazes, which made her duck her head in silence, too embarrassed to speak.
“Cousin, you were amazing~”
Yan Meng’er tried to encourage her, but it only made Yan Ruyu flush even deeper. She turned her back on them.
Yan Zhen scratched his cheek, then said, “Everyone, take a seat. Mentor Yu Xuan has gifts for you.”
“Really? What kind of gifts, Cousin?”
“I don’t know either. They’re all in boxes.”
With that, Yan Zhen took four gift boxes out of his storage ring and set them on the table, distributing one to each of them.
“The pink one’s for Meng’er, red for Cousin, white for Senior Sister Xue’er, and yellow for Senior Sister Xinyan… There you go.”
The four women each clutched their gift box. They looked at their own, then at the others’, and finally exchanged bewildered glances.
Mi Xue’er huffed, “Let me see what kind of trick Mentor Yu Xuan is playing.”
She swiftly tore open her box and peeked inside, then slapped it shut with lightning speed.
Xiao Xinyan frowned. “What is it? I didn’t get a good look.”
Mi Xue’er stuffed her gift box straight into her storage ring and snapped at her fiercely, “Don’t you have your own? Look at yours!”
“Tch~”
Xiao Xinyan rolled her eyes disdainfully at the annoying “Mickey Mouse,” then quickly opened her own box. Out of caution, she turned away to look inside.
Her reaction mirrored Mi Xue’er’s exactly. She slammed the lid shut with a snap, tucked it into her storage ring, blinked a few times, and tried her best to act as if nothing had happened.
Yan Meng’er and Yan Ruyu were even more puzzled. They glanced at each other before checking their own boxes.
Neither escaped the same fate. They immediately closed their opened boxes and hid them behind their backs before stowing them away.
Yan Ruyu’s face turned even redder.
“So, what did Mentor Yu Xuan give you all?” Yan Zhen asked curiously. “Why does it feel like something you can’t show people?”
“N-Nothing, just some pills and ladies’ accessories, heh.”
“Then why are you all acting so nervous?”
“Of course we have to carefully store away the gifts Mentor Yu Xuan gave us.”
“…Fine, if you won’t tell me, I’ll ask her myself later.”
The four women exchanged glances, their expressions all a little strange.
“Ahem, Little Brother Yan Zhen, I’m heading back to my room for a bit.”
“M-Me too.”
“Cousin, call us when the dining hall delivers the food.”
“See you.”
With that, the four of them hurried up the stairs, leaving Yan Zhen alone in the living room in the blink of an eye.
Yan Zhen rubbed his chin suspiciously. He took out a messaging talisman and asked Mentor Yu Xuan what gifts she had sent them.
Mentor Yu Xuan hadn’t started her seclusion yet and replied almost immediately: “Guess~”
Yan Zhen looked displeased. “I have no clues at all. How am I supposed to guess? At least give me a hint.”
“It’s something related to you.”
“Me?”
And so Yan Zhen played a guessing game with Mentor Yu Xuan. But even after the dining hall delivery boy dropped off the food, he still hadn’t figured it out. He put away the messaging talisman and called the four women down to eat.
The four of them came down casually, as if nothing was amiss, and enjoyed a cheerful meal together with Yan Zhen. During the meal, Yan Meng’er and Mi Xue’er lazed on either side of him, feeding him tidbits.
Yan Zhen returned the favor, feeding each of the four in turn.
After dinner, dusk had fallen, and the setting sun painted the entire sky red.
Yan Zhen lounged in a recliner, teasing the Tianshan Snow Eagle while digesting his meal. The four women cleaned up the remnants, set the food boxes by the door, and then slammed the main door shut with a bang.
Yan Meng’er walked up to Yan Zhen with a giggle. “Cousin, we actually have a surprise for you too.”
Yan Zhen was in the middle of playing rock-paper-scissors with the plump Tianshan Snow Eagle and asked offhandedly, “What surprise?”
Mi Xue’er grinned mischievously beside him. “You’ll find out soon enough, Little Brother Yan Zhen—we’re heading upstairs first. Call you when we’re ready.”
Yan Zhen glanced at the mysteriously smiling pair, then at his cousin and senior sister, and nodded. He went back to playing rock-paper-scissors with the Tianshan Snow Eagle.
Before long, Yan Meng’er and Mi Xue’er called down from upstairs. Yan Zhen patted the Tianshan Snow Eagle’s head, signaling it to amuse itself, then ambled up to the second floor at a leisurely pace.
The rooms on both sides were dark, save for the glow of light from Mentor Yu Xuan’s room.
Yan Zhen pushed the door open and was immediately blinded by billowing white steam. Blinking to clear his vision, he saw a screen like a folding partition standing in his path, blocking the way forward.
—Was there a screen like this in Mentor’s room?
“Cousin, over here.”
His cousin’s voice came from the left, so Yan Zhen skirted around the screen to the left—and froze in shock at the sight before him.
Sometime when he wasn’t looking, a circular bathing pool had appeared in the room. It stood half a meter high and three meters across, its surface steaming with hot water. The four women stood before it in matching styles of sheer gauze dresses, each in a different color. One stood with hands clasped behind her back, another with arms crossed over her chest, a third with hands on her hips, and the last with her head bowed—all of them gazing at him with a mix of shyness and eager anticipation, plainly awaiting his affections.
Faced with such a stunning vista of beauty, Yan Zhen swallowed hard and stammered dumbly, “Wh-When did you all build a bathing pool in here?”
This was Mentor Yu Xuan’s room, after all. She probably wouldn’t be back to live here, but was it really okay to remodel it without permission?
“Cousin, don’t worry about that now. Come here already~”
“Yeah, Little Brother Yan Zhen, don’t waste our efforts.”
Yan Meng’er and Mi Xue’er flanked him from both sides, pressing his arms against their chests. Yan Ruyu and Xiao Xinyan stepped forward too, meekly helping him undress.
