[No, no, no, this is their lucky break.]
[In the original plot, the entire Hicks Family was wiped out. Now that Amelia has appeared, it can be said she’s saving them. From that perspective, pretending to be their relatives isn’t a big deal.]
The viewers, of course, didn’t know that Amelia’s goal from the start had been to disguise herself as Lily Hicks. They thought it was an idea Amelia had only just come up with after obtaining the related items.
After making her decision, Amelia lifted the carriage curtain and told Eileen her plan.
“Miss Lia, you want to impersonate a distant relative of a Count’s family? Won’t you be exposed?” Eileen was a little worried.
“Relax, I definitely won’t be exposed. The Hicks Family’s knowledge of Lily Hicks is limited to the name and the token. They don’t even know what she looks like,” Amelia said with certainty.
If a group of bandits could successfully deceive the Hicks Family, she felt she naturally wouldn’t have a problem.
“Also, from now on, you should call me Miss Lily, so you don’t accidentally slip up and expose us,” Amelia instructed Eileen.
“Understood, Miss Lily.”
Eileen was still somewhat worried about Amelia’s decision, but since it was Amelia’s decision, she wouldn’t oppose it.
“Lily Hicks has no other family, only servants. And the servant doesn’t have a fixed name; it seems like any name is fine. In that case, you’ll continue being called Eileen Bechel, my maid and guard.”
Amelia made her decision.
Using Eileen’s real name wouldn’t cause a problem, because no one knew that Eileen had fled together with Amelia Steele, the Queen of the Fallen Kingdom.
Eileen was stunned for a moment upon hearing Amelia’s words.
“A maid?”
“That’s right, you can only pretend to be my maid. Oh, right…” As if remembering something, Amelia said, “If you’re a maid, you need a maid outfit. And among the loot from Bryce and his men, there’s a maid outfit. Eileen, get changed first.”
Eileen: “…”
The carriage stopped by the side of the road.
Amelia giggled and withdrew into the carriage, beckoning to Eileen, then picked up a maid outfit.
Eileen had no choice but to come inside and began removing her dress. Her creamy-white skin was revealed as the garments came off.
After taking off her dress, Eileen quickly put on the maid outfit.
The maid outfit was black, with a white ruffled apron. Under the skirt were white stockings with garters, hugging her thighs tightly. On her feet were black round-toed leather shoes.
Eileen was fairly lucky; this maid outfit was a relatively good fit for her.
After Eileen had put everything on, Amelia personally placed the maid headpiece, the Katyusha, onto Eileen’s hair. Her hairstyle, however, remained in the twintails.
Once the dressing was complete, Amelia looked Eileen up and down, nodding with satisfaction. “There. Now, you really look like a proper maid, Eileen.”
“Miss Lily, I don’t know a maid’s various etiquettes. Won’t that be a problem?” Eileen asked, still worried.
“It won’t be a problem. Just act the way you normally do,” Amelia said reassuringly.
“I understand.”
Since Amelia thought it was fine, Eileen naturally chose to trust her.
Next, the two of them continued driving the carriage, heading towards the not-too-distant Bild City.
This time, it didn’t take long before Bild City appeared before their eyes.
