Xuefei was on the verge of passing out.
“I… I feel fine. Lady Leia doesn’t need to check me.”
“Really? But Xuefei looks like she’s in so much pain. Your face is as white as a sheet. Are you just trying to tough it out?”
Leia leaned in close to Xuefei’s face, eager to sniff her thoroughly from head to toe. But after racking her brain, all she could detect was the scent wafting from Xuefei’s face and mouth.
To truly assess Xuefei’s menstrual cramps, wouldn’t she need to check down below?
Xuefei’s body had been perfectly healthy these past few months. After all, as one of the boss-level Evil Dragons, she rarely fell ill. Moreover, an Evil Dragon’s physiology differed vastly from a human’s, so the mechanics of “period pain” worked differently too…
Which meant she absolutely had to give Xuefei a proper examination~
As Leia pressed closer step by step, Xuefei’s heart pounded like a drum in her chest.
“Um, Leia, really, there’s no need. I’m perfectly healthy!”
“Healthy?”
“Yeah, as everyone knows, period pain has nothing to do with overall health. So I just need to drink more hot water, and I’ll be fine~”
Surely Leia, being a girl herself, understood that!
Leia tapped her chin thoughtfully, her scarlet eyes never once leaving Xuefei. An ordinary person would have been devoured by terror under that gaze, collapsing into a faint long ago. But to the two Evil Dragons, this was just their everyday banter…
Or so Leia believed.
“You’re right. Though, didn’t Xuefei catch a cold once before?”
“That was all because of you, Leia…”
Xuefei’s face flushed red as a ripe apple.
That day, Leia’s hunger had been insatiable—exacerbated by Xuefei’s slip of the tongue—and the poor girl had endured a raging tempest for two full days and nights. Afterward, her legs had been too weak to stand for an entire week, leaving her bedridden.
Leia seemed to recall her own deeds, her lips curving into an entranced smile. “Hehe, that’s true. So our Xuefei really is quite healthy…”
“If you keep playing with me like that, you’ll break me for good,” Xuefei muttered under her breath.
“What was that?”
“Nothing. You must’ve misheard.”
“…”
Xuefei suddenly realized her act might have been a tad over the top.
Her memories from the full Evil Corruption phase remained crystal clear, but that effortless sense of belonging had vanished entirely. She had no clue how to navigate their dynamic without a single slip-up.
Reality offered no respite for reflection.
Before she knew it, her hand was clasped tightly in another—warm, slender fingers interlaced with hers. Xuefei had tried to pull away, only to find Leia tugging her firmly in the opposite direction: straight toward their bedroom.
“Come on, Xuefei. Let’s go rest~”
“But… why the bedroom? Don’t you have other things to take care of?”
Her question earned only a indulgent glance from Leia.
Was she truly doomed to this fate—being hauled off to the bedroom for a thorough ravishing?!
Had Leia seen through her facade all along, just like before, humoring her compliance? Only to unleash everything once they hit the bed?
This wasn’t mere groundless paranoia on Xuefei’s part; it was a proven pattern!
The moment they got into bed, Leia’s hands would wander without fail. And if she discovered the “period pain” was all a ruse, come morning, Xuefei’s belly would be teeming with new life.
Xuefei could stake her life on it.
In that instant, Leia’s smile softened into pure adoration. She spun around and pulled Xuefei into a sudden embrace.
“Mmph…”
Xuefei’s frame was a touch slimmer, while Leia’s curves were fuller, more alluring. Their heights were nearly identical, yet Xuefei felt the unmistakable press of Leia’s ample chest against her.
Like grooming a kitten, Leia ran her fingers through Xuefei’s silvery-white locks.
“No one matters more to me than my Little Xuefei. I won’t let you suffer alone. Remember that tragic tale I told you about the girl?”
“I… I remember,” Xuefei replied, her eyes wide as saucers.
“You won’t end up like her, will you? I should hope not—because I love my Little Xuefei more than anything~”
“I… I like you too, Leia…”
“Mm-hmm. And if I were that girl, I’d make that arrogant hero pay dearly, don’t you think?” Leia murmured into Xuefei’s ear. Her stroking hand never paused, caressing her like a cherished pet—or perhaps like an Evil Dragon hoarding its treasure.
“Y-Yes! Absolutely!” Xuefei could do nothing but agree.
It dawned on Xuefei then: the “hero” from that story was her all along! She simply hadn’t realized it in her Evil Corrupted state!
“Exactly. That hero was utterly vile, wasn’t she? But whatever shall we do to punish her…” Leia’s voice took on a manic edge, coiling around Xuefei’s petite form like her own personal Nightmare.
Her slender fingers glided ceaselessly over Xuefei’s back, occasionally brushing the sensitive inner sides of her wings and sending shivers through Xuefei’s entire body. “If it were you, Xuefei, how would you punish that detestable hero?”
“Just kill him!”
“Kill him?” Leia’s lips curved in an ambiguous smile as she shook her head in disappointment. Her stroking hand never paused. “That would be such a waste. Have you forgotten? The girl loves the hero. Even after he hurt her, she still loves him.”
“Then… make the hero fall in love with the girl too?” Xuefei swallowed hard, terrified of saying the wrong thing and giving Leia an opening to exploit.
From Leia’s expression, though, it seemed she hadn’t slipped up.
“Exactly, Xuefei. As long as the hero falls in love with her, problem solved. But the girl did everything she could, and still, the hero turns a blind eye to her feelings.”
Leia’s face grew sorrowful. Her small hand slowed, its touches rhythmic now, dancing lightly across Xuefei’s neck. Half a minute passed before she leaned in close, her breath warm against Xuefei’s ear as she whispered:
“So if I were that girl, I’d turn the hero into my pet. That way, his eyes would hold only the girl—and no one else.”
In truth, that’s precisely what Leia had done.
She had transformed the other into a Dragon Princess, imprisoned forever in the Evil Dragon Palace. Every day, Xuefei faced a metaphorical hail of bullets…
They say the human body is sixty to seventy percent water.
But whenever Xuefei recalled Leia’s deeds, she became convinced that a dragon’s body must be made entirely of water.
“Lady Leia’s methods are flawless. Yes… utterly flawless!”
“Is that right? As expected…” Leia’s voice trembled with emotion. “Even after everything I’ve done to you, Xuefei, you don’t resent my actions?”
“Of course not! How could I ever resent you for that?”
Wait… something felt wrong.
Why was Leia asking if she resented her? Didn’t that mean Xuefei wasn’t the utterly trusted one?
The Xuefei of Leia’s ideals should be perfection incarnate—never once acting against Leia’s wishes!
By admitting that, she had…
It was over.
Everything was over.
Xuefei finally grasped just how laughably obvious the flaw she’d exposed was.
It was as good as rolling onto her back and baring her belly for a beating!
“Is that so?”
Leia’s smile turned chilling. Her arms tightened around Xuefei, her powerful dragon tail coiling firmly around Xuefei’s plump thighs. Her own legs, clad in sheer black stockings, pressed insistently against Xuefei’s most intimate spot as she slammed Xuefei against the wall.
What had begun as a gentle embrace twisted in an instant into a fiercely possessive wall slam!
Leia held back just enough to avoid real pain, but the overwhelming restraint still brought tears to poor Xuefei’s eyes. She gazed up at Leia’s wicked grin, her expression one of pure grievance.
“I knew there was something off about you earlier, Xuefei. Looks like you need a whole lot more love~”
“No, wait—Leia, you misheard me. I just misspoke…”
“No more words.”
Xuefei tried to explain, but it was far too late.
The world spun in a dizzying whirl. By the time she regained her bearings, she was tumbling across the vast, plush bed. Then came the suffocating weight of something fragrant and impossibly soft pinning her down.
“Mmmph—!”
“Be a good girl, Little Xuefei. I promised you it’d feel amazing~”
Not long ago, desperate to avoid pregnancy and a future as Leia’s breeding vessel, Xuefei had run through countless scenarios. She’d plotted outcomes, countermeasures, even her next escape plan.
Yet in the end, she still couldn’t escape being dragged back to the bedroom by Leia.
