The auction was scheduled for the evening. Going now was far too early, so they continued to train in the courtyard until yet another night fell over Bild City.
The purple moon hung high, stars dotting the sky.
Amelia and Eileen went back inside to prepare.
Their public identities were those of ordinary people, not the rare Apostle class, so they couldn’t just stroll openly into an auction house. They needed some degree of disguise.
Once back inside, the two took out the long, black robes they had prepared long ago and put them on. Donning the hoods, they concealed their figures and heads, even adding masks to their faces.
Though their getup was secretive, even furtive, attending an auction like that was still possible. Auction houses wouldn’t excessively question a person’s identity. They were businessmen; the only important thing was whether the money was there.
After changing, they grabbed a sufficient amount of Kerr and, under the cover of night, silently left their residence, heading for the auction house in the North District.

The very famous Star Auction House was located here. Crowds had already gathered outside the massive building.
