As she pondered the meaning of the colors, a stinging itch erupted in her fingers. She flipped her palms over and saw the skin on her fingertips splitting open. Small, black-and-white eyeballs, resembling fish eyes, emerged!
The skin around the pads of her fingers shriveled to form eyelids, complete with tiny muscles and nerves to control their blinking.
On her ten fingers, ten eyeballs grew, gleaming with an eerie light!
Wang Yue felt a wave of dizziness.
Previously, her brain only had to process a single narrow field of vision. Now, with ten extra eyes, her visual field expanded and overlapped. It was like switching from a fourteen-inch monitor to a forty-nine-inch ultra-wide curved screen, except the images were fragmented. It was enough to make anyone faint.
She quickly realized that the “Finger Eyes” did more than just provide a wide angle; they could see through walls!
Because her brain couldn’t handle multiple visual feeds at once, she closed all her eyes except for the one on her right index finger, pointing it toward the wall.
Her vision pierced through the stone, looking into the interior of Room 204.
“I’ve really had it with you, Lilith. I see you bullying your classmates every single day…” Wang Yue muttered to herself.
Next door.
Prima was lying against the wall on the long shared bed, a large pillow propped behind her. Aside from the pillow, the bed was covered in plush toys that the young witches had bought over the weekend.
Wang Yue’s side of the room had them too. She wasn’t particularly interested, but her roommates loved them, constantly hugging and cuddling the toys.
Wang Yue observed in secret.
Lilith, wearing a glossy, pale blue silk nightgown with lace ruffles, was kneeling beside Prima, relentlessly teasing her.
She pulled up the hem of Prima’s nightgown, revealing her soft belly. Lilith pinched it, her eyes lighting up at the squishy texture. She let out a delighted, mischievous cackle, rubbing the skin with her thumb.
Prima felt a sting and frowned slightly, letting out a soft whimper.
“Hmph. You don’t exercise, so you’re all chubby. Look at mine.”
Lilith lifted her own nightgown to show Prima her slender, toned waist and clear abdominal lines.
She even has to turn this into a competition? Wang Yue was completely exasperated.
Prima looked distressed. With her sister not around, there was no one to shield her. Furthermore, Lilith’s “little gestures” had been increasing lately—overly intimate yet still accompanied by a mean attitude. It felt incredibly contradictory.
“Hey, I have a great idea. Let’s do some sit-ups! I’ll help you.”
Lilith found the two stumps where Prima’s legs had been severed and pressed down on them, forcing her to try a sit-up.
Poor Prima had no choice. She strained her core and managed a few, her forehead breaking into a sweat and her face turning bright red.
“Faster, faster! I’ll give you a reward!”
With a mischievous glint in her eyes, Lilith put a chocolate stick in her mouth. She held it between her lips and leaned in, hovering just out of reach, teasing Prima to take a bite.
Seeing that the disabled girl wasn’t interested, Lilith added, “If you get a bite, we’ll stop. Hurry up.”
I hope she keeps her word… Prima held her breath and put all her strength into sitting up. Finally, her lips reached the chocolate stick.
Lilith clamped her teeth down and jerked back, making her miss. Her expression was playful and cunning.
After teasing her several more times, Lilith saw that Prima was on the verge of tears. Her heart softened, and she stopped moving.
Prima took a big bite.
The two of them were like a couple, sharing the same chocolate stick, faces pressed close together. Their shallow breaths brushed against each other’s skin, creating an itchy sensation.
Time seemed to stand still. Lilith could hear her heart pounding against her ribs. Her mind went blank, as if her soul had been snatched away.
Prima held the position for a few seconds, but she eventually reached her limit. Not daring to snap the chocolate stick, she collapsed back onto the bed, huffing and puffing.
Lilith’s cheeks were flushed crimson. Like someone who had committed a crime, she quickly turned away, her eyes covered in a moist, watery mist. The contact just now had given her an indescribable sense of anticipation and impulse. She felt restless and uncomfortable, yet she found herself wanting more.
In the next room, Wang Yue’s eyes were practically bulging out of her fingers.
This is way too much bullying!
Prima, I’m coming to save you!
Wang Yue had always been one for justice and charity; she simply couldn’t stand seeing someone get picked on.
She severed her connection with Biheze, and her fingers returned to normal.
Then, she headed straight for the downstairs lounge to find Mrs. Diaz and report the situation.
Mrs. Diaz took a cautious approach. She first pulled several students aside for private questioning. Once their stories corroborated Wang Yue’s report, she made an immediate decision: Prima was getting a room change.
