At some unknown point, the simulated environment around Bai Sha vanished, and a line of text appeared before her along with the Cultivation Shell’s panel.
Bai Sha was stunned for a moment, then let out a breath.
“My 500 Contribution Points are already used up?”
For this session, Bai Sha had spent every last remaining Contribution Point.
But the results of her training were significant. She had completely mastered both spells, Wave Riding and Stone-Splitting Strike.
She had even taken the opportunity to re-familiarize herself with Water Dragon Burst, allowing her to enhance its destructive power even further.
“My contribution points are spent. I should leave now.”
Bai Sha left the Cultivation Shell.
Looking around, the Seven-Colored Shell was still bustling. Countless Demon Cultivators came and went in an endless stream.
After taking a deep, lingering look, Bai Sha left the Seven-Colored Shell and swam toward the eastern sea region.
She intended to go to Sunlight Sea.
On the Dream Ruins’ Chat Section, discussions about Sunlight Sea were plentiful. Everything said revealed a longing for the place, deeming it a true paradise for Demon Cultivators.
Although there were some negative accounts, overall, compared to the situation in the Eastern Sea, Sunlight Sea was more suitable for Demon Cultivators to survive.
At the very least, Human Cultivators who occasionally came to the sea to search for materials would stop at the Eastern Sea and wouldn’t go to Sunlight Sea.
This was one of Bai Sha’s primary reasons for heading to Sunlight Sea.

Bai Sha swam quickly through the seawater, activating the spell she had just learned: Wave Riding.
When she used this spell, Bai Sha felt the surrounding currents become much more familiar to her. As she moved, these currents naturally provided a propelling force, pushing her swiftly onward.

The Eastern Sea’s range wasn’t small. Bai Sha swam for a while and rested for a while. After five days, she was getting closer and closer to the edge of the Eastern Sea.
Along the way, she saw quite a few Demon Cultivators traveling. But since none of them knew each other, she didn’t interact with them much, just forging ahead on her own.
However…
“Have there been a lot of Demon Cultivators returning to the Eastern Sea recently?”
Bai Sha looked up, slightly puzzled.
More Demon Cultivators swam past ahead, brushing by her toward the rear.
The direction ahead led to Sunlight Sea. When cultivators came from that direction, Bai Sha naturally assumed they were coming from Sunlight Sea.
She had already seen many Demon Cultivators coming from that direction. But whether this was normal, she didn’t know, as she had never been to this area in previous lifetimes.
Finally, Bai Sha arrived at Five Light Reef!
Five Light Reef was the region of the Eastern Sea closest to Sunlight Sea. Because of the large number of coral reefs there, which made the colors look brilliantly multicolored, it was named Five Light Reef.
Upon arriving at Five Light Reef, Bai Sha saw many more Demon Cultivators retreating with anxious expressions, and she began to feel that something wasn’t right.
If these Demon Cultivators were just coming from Sunlight Sea, why did their expressions seem so gloomy?
The answer became clear when Bai Sha reached the edge of Five Light Reef.
At the edge of Five Light Reef, many Demon Cultivators were lingering, seemingly studying something.
At first, Bai Sha paid no mind and continued swimming directly toward Sunlight Sea. But after swimming for only a short time, she bumped into an invisible barrier with a loud thud.
“What is this?”
Bai Sha stopped.
She touched the space before her again. A cold, unseen wall blocked her path forward.
Looking around, she found that the many nearby Demon Cultivators were all gathered at the edge of Five Light Reef, unable to take a single step further into Sunlight Sea, just like her.
What these Demon Cultivators were studying was precisely that invisible wall.
“What on earth is going on? Why is the path to Sunlight Sea blocked?”
“I’ve followed this invisible barrier a long way out, but I still haven’t found a gap.”
“This is probably a super-large Array. What kind of existence could set up such a massive, terrifying Array?”
“I have a bad feeling about this.”
“No, I’m going back to send word of this first and see what everyone thinks.”
Many Demon Cultivators were already talking amongst themselves.
After a few exchanges, some of them turned around and left immediately.
Seeing this, Bai Sha understood. The Demon Cultivators she had seen earlier probably hadn’t come from Sunlight Sea, but were turning back after failing to enter it.
But why couldn’t they go to Sunlight Sea?
Like the other Demon Cultivators, Bai Sha also sensed something ominous.
‘I’ll go back too and get information from the Dream Ruins’ Chat Section.’
Bai Sha thought, turning around.
But just then, a jolt went through her mind as she thought of a crucial question.
In this current fourth life, it had been about forty days since she had crossed over.
In her first and second lives, the time she had lived far exceeded this current life. But in those two lives, she had never once heard any news about the Eastern Sea and Sunlight Sea being separated.
What did this mean?
‘Even if my arrival changes some history, it shouldn’t alter an event this massive, right? The separation of Sunlight Sea and the Eastern Sea—this is definitely a topic that would set the Eastern Sea’s Demon Cultivators abuzz.’
Bai Sha thought of the Demon Cultivators who had turned back.

But in her first and second lives, no such news had spread.

“Let’s head back too. Staying here is pointless.”
Just then, some other nearby Demon Cultivators began talking again.
The demon who suggested leaving received the agreement of the others.
Without lingering any longer, they chatted as they turned around.
“This matter will definitely cause a huge stir in the Eastern Sea.”
“I can already foresee this news flooding the screen on the Dream Ruins’ Chat Section.”
“Though I don’t know what exactly happened, the tall ones hold up the sky when it falls. We don’t need to worry too much.”
One by one, the Demon Cultivators spoke and moved away into the distance.
They didn’t seem overly worried yet, feeling that things hadn’t reached an uncontrollable point.
