Chapter 3: Tsk tsk tsk, So It’s ‘Sister’…
Su Jianyue had been to Shen Xun’s school before, so she waited for Shen Xun directly in the open space in front of the teaching building.
However, she was naturally beautiful, and it was dismissal time, so she attracted frequent glances from many omegas. Some bolder girls even went directly to ask for her contact information.
“Classmate, which department are you from? Can I add your contact information?”
Su Jianyue, encountering this situation, was completely unfazed. She smiled at the girl and chuckled, “I’m sorry, classmate, I’m from another school, here to find my sister. My sister doesn’t let me give my contact information to strangers.”
Her face was full of sincerity, and her large eyes were brimming with a smile. The girl quickly said, “It’s okay, it’s okay, I understand. See you again if there’s a chance, bye-bye.”
“Bye-bye,” Su Jianyue said with a smile.
This scene was perfectly witnessed by Shen Xun, who was coming downstairs. The smile on Shen Xun’s face diminished slightly. Her sister really is something; she’s been popular and well-liked since childhood.
Su Jianyue also noticed Shen Xun. She quickly ran towards Shen Xun. “Sister, are you done with class?”
Shen Xun smiled and nodded at her. “Mhm, slow down, I’m not going to run away.”
“Hehe, I missed you~” Su Jianyue took a few steps closer to Shen Xun and started to whine to her.
Shen Xun’s eyes curved into a smile. She’s still as sweet-mouthed as when she was little, no wonder everyone likes her.
“You, you’re just sweet-mouthed. Stand still, your shirt buttons are undone. I’ll help you fasten them.” Shen Xun said, her eyes gentle as she helped Su Jianyue fasten the buttons on her shirt.
The smile on Su Jianyue’s face never faded. She had originally wanted to say that the top button was already unfastened, but her sister was so gently helping her with the buttons that she couldn’t bear to stop her, so she obediently stared at Shen Xun.
Shen Xun naturally knew Su Jianyue was looking at her, but she didn’t show it on her face, only her ear tips were slightly flushed. “The girl who was talking to you just now, do you know her?”
Su Jianyue immediately shook her head. “No, she wanted to add my contact information, and I said my sister doesn’t let me.”
Shen Xun smiled and glared at her. “When did I ever say that?”
Su Jianyue, her eyes curved, leaned in to whine, “Then I’ll really add them next time.”
Shen Xun looked up at her. Su Jianyue only felt the air around her turn cold and immediately changed her mind: “No adding, no adding, hehe, I was just joking.”
“Mhm, in the future, when you encounter such things, just use what you said before,” Shen Xun said, then reached out to smooth the wrinkles on Su Jianyue’s collar.
She looked up at Su Jianyue. “Your shirt is all wrinkled; you don’t even know how to tidy it yourself.”
“Don’t I have a sister?” Su Jianyue wanted to hug her sister but constantly remembered her Mommy’s words and didn’t dare to reach out. She and her sister couldn’t hug and cuddle casually like when they were little anymore, after all, one was an alpha and the other an omega.
“You’re all talk. Alright, let’s go, come home with me first.” Shen Xun said, then took Su Jianyue’s wrist and walked towards the school gate.
“Sister, do you have class this afternoon?” Su Jianyue asked.
“Yes, but it ends at five. It’s okay, I’ll just come back in the afternoon. You go back and rest first.”
“Then I want to accompany you to class this afternoon. I don’t want to stay home and rest by myself,” Su Jianyue whined to Shen Xun. Shen Xun was really worn down by her and finally nodded in agreement.
“Okay, if you don’t find it boring, then come to class with me.”
“Mhm mhm.” Su Jianyue smiled even more happily, knowing she could attend class with her sister in the afternoon.
Their conversation attracted a lot of attention from those around them. It was dismissal time, and there were many people coming and going on this road.
“Oh my god, look, the sun must have risen from the west. Isn’t that our campus belle Shen Xun?”
“Huh? It really is. Who’s that person standing opposite her? She’s so beautiful. When did our school get such a high-quality female alpha?”
“I don’t know. Wait, is Shen Xun tidying her clothes for her? And she’s smiling at that female alpha? No, is this still Shen Xun?”
“Yeah, who is that person? Is she campus belle Shen Xun’s girlfriend?”
“I don’t know, but they look quite compatible, both so beautiful!”
“Oh my god, I’m shipping them again. Speaking of which, I secretly shipped her and Little Moon when I was little. I wonder how that Little Moon from the show is doing now.”
“Me too, me too! When I was little, I loved watching Little Moon and Shen Xun the most. I’m so glad Shen Xun didn’t grow up ugly. I wonder how Little Moon is doing now. My cyber baby can’t grow up ugly.”
Su Jianyue and Shen Xun didn’t pay attention to the curious glances of others. The two quickly returned to the villa, but Shen Xun’s family members were not home. Shen Xun first took Su Jianyue to her room to put away her luggage.
Every time Su Jianyue came over, she would stay in the room next to Shen Xun’s. Over time, this room became Su Jianyue’s exclusive room.
“Do you have a lot of things? I’ll help you organize them,” Shen Xun said, about to help Su Jianyue tidy her room.
Su Jianyue quickly said, “No need, Sister, I can do it myself.”
There were still her personal undergarments in the suitcase, and Su Jianyue was too embarrassed to let her sister help her organize them.
She opened the suitcase and took out the gift she wanted to give Shen Xun. “Sister, I brought you a gift, wait a moment.”
As Su Jianyue spoke, she forcefully pulled off the protective foam outside the brocade box, then peeled away layers of soft cloth, and took out the pink jade piglet from inside.
She showed the little jade pig to Shen Xun. “Sister, look, isn’t it cute?”
Shen Xun’s eyes curved into a smile. Su Jianyue’s zodiac sign was the pig. Her gaze swept over the pink pig in Su Jianyue’s hand. It was quite cute, actually.
The piglet looked naive and charming, its face seemingly carrying a smile, looking both obedient and adorable.
“Cute, the little pig is well-behaved, looking as cute as you.”
“Hehe, I knew you’d like it. I carved this myself. I learned from my Mommy for a year,” Su Jianyue said proudly.
“Why didn’t I hear you mention it before?” Shen Xun asked.
“Mhm, I wanted to surprise you, so I didn’t tell you.”
“Good, Little Moon is the best,” Shen Xun said, teasing her with a smile.
“Sister~ I’m not a child anymore!” Su Jianyue leaned in to whine to Shen Xun.
“Okay, you’re not a child anymore and still so clingy.”
“I only whine to people I like.” Su Jianyue’s original intention was to whine to people she was close to and liked, but the words took on a different meaning when they reached Shen Xun’s ears.
Because of what Su Jianyue said, her ear tips were slightly flushed, and the small red mole on the tip of her right ear became even more vibrant.
“Uh, you should tidy up your things first. Let’s go eat,” Shen Xun lightly coughed, changing the subject.
“Mhm mhm, I’ll go shower first, Sister, wait for me.” Su Jianyue quickly took out her things, then grabbed a change of clothes and went into the bathroom.
Shen Xun sat on the bed, fiddling with the small pink pig ornament in her hand. She gently tapped the tip of the pink pig’s nose, then tugged at the pig’s ear. The more she looked at the pig in her hand, the more it resembled Little Moon.
Shen Xun was in a good mood, playing with the pig in her hand for a while, when a very serious question suddenly came to mind.
When Little Moon was little, she liked to share candies equally. So, is this little pink pig only for me, or do her other sisters have one too? This made a huge alarm bell ring in Shen Xun’s heart. She had to ask Su Jianyue about it later.
When Su Jianyue came out after drying her hair, she saw Shen Xun still sitting on the bed. “Sister, I’m done. Shall we go eat? Do you want to put the little pig back first?”
Shen Xun nodded. She actually had many pig toys in her room, already filling a shelf, and those pigs were basically all gifts from Su Jianyue. “Okay, I’ll settle the little pig first.”
Saying that, Shen Xun then asked, seemingly casually, “Are these little pigs you carved yourself only for me? Or have you given them to others?”
Su Jianyue scratched the back of her neck. “No, I only gave this one to you. This is very difficult to carve. My hands hurt from carving it, so how could I give it to anyone else?”
Shen Xun was relieved to hear Su Jianyue say that. “Mhm, good girl. Since it’s so difficult to carve, then don’t give it to anyone else in the future.”
She gently ruffled Su Jianyue’s hair. Su Jianyue seemed to enjoy the touch and rubbed against Shen Xun’s palm. “Mhm mhm, I’m the most obedient.”
Seeing her little dog so well-behaved, Shen Xun took Su Jianyue’s wrist and went downstairs.
Because Su Jianyue took some time showering, it was almost 1 PM. After the two had lunch, Su Jianyue followed Shen Xun to class.
Previously, Su Jianyue had only visited Shen Xun at her school a few times, but attending class with Shen Xun was indeed a first.
The two got out of the car at the side gate of the school. Cars from outside the campus were not allowed to drive into Linhai University.
Shen Xun was a popular figure at school, and the news of her going to school with Su Jianyue quickly spread throughout Linhai University.
Su Jianyue obediently followed beside Shen Xun. No matter who greeted her, whether she knew them or not, Su Jianyue always met them with a smile.
Shen Xun glanced at the little sun beside her. She really is still the same as when she was little, happy all the time, and a social butterfly.
“Are you like this at your own school too? Many people greet you every day?” Shen Xun asked.
Su Jianyue nodded in response. “Of course, I’m very popular at school. Many people like to play with me.”
Shen Xun smiled and shook her head. Auntie and them just spoiled her sister too much. She’s already in university, but all she thinks about is playing all day.
The two entered the classroom where Shen Xun’s class was about to be held. The classroom fell silent for a moment.
It was Shen Xun’s friend, Zhang Qiao, who teased, “Our campus belle Shen Xun is finally back? Aren’t you going to introduce the person next to you?”
Shen Xun glanced at Su Jianyue beside her, her eyes unconsciously softening. “My sister is accompanying me to class.”
“Tsk tsk tsk, so it’s ‘sister’,” Zhang Qiao deliberately emphasized the word “sister.” Did Shen Xun, who abandoned friends for love, think she was stupid? Could she not distinguish between a sister and a romantic interest?
Shen Xun smiled and glared at her. “Alright, move over a bit inside. We’ll sit here.”
“Alright, alright, I’ll be your love bodyguard, is that good enough?” Zhang Qiao quickly gathered her things, making space for the “sisters.”
