If you’re looking for a cute romance Yuri, turn back. Their relationship is extremely toxic. Like very very very very toxic.
At first I thought this was a story about moraly gray protagonist but at least the relationship would be cute. Oh how wrong I was. The first few chapters were really right up my alley.
I stopped at chapter 74. I did my best to like it, but it’s not my cup of tea. Extremely too toxic, lots of lack of consent. Many things didn’t sit right with me. And considering that the romance is the main storyline, I am very disappointed. It would be better if their relationship wasn’t the main focus but just an addition.
But if you’re someone that likes reading things like heavy angst, later yandere, mental illness and toxic relationships, then this is for you.
I would note that although the substance isn’t for me, how it is executed is well writing. The author did an amazing job conveying feelings.
